We’ve laid the groundwork to build The Digital Asset Museum as a fully operational nonprofit. Every block we’ve stacked thus far has been very intentional, because we’re setting the stage for a museum that will last for 100 years, and far beyond.
THE DAM is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, meaning all donations are tax-deductible. This isn’t just a status on paper… It’s incredibly key that THE DAM is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit because it’s a commitment to our transparency, public service, and long-term preservation of our history and culture as a public good. We exist to serve our crypto natives as well as the public, so we’ve structured everything to ensure we can do that at scale.
